The Centers for Disease Control experienced a victory in federal appeals court regarding the supervision of cruise lines returning to business.  The appeal overturned a judgement which stated cruise lines were not bound under the CDC’s “conditional sailing order.”

One record was broken in 2020 which was not a positive milestone.  Drug overdoses in the United States jumped almost 30% which resulted in killing the highest number of Americans in a year.
